About the Role
In this role, you will deliver IT service management and design for department applications and enterprise productivity tools to a global organisation across multiple countries such as the UK, South Africa, Spain etc. Take proactive and creative ownership of IT application services provided to all of Redpin.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify new applications solutions for business units.
- 3rd line support for all productivity and business applications
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal/external teams (e.g. software developers/partners)
- Vendor management
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Document technical knowledge in the form knowledge base articles and training manuals
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience in IT/Applications support
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Experience in Unified Communications technologies (Voice, Messaging, Contact Center), Collaboration tools (O365/Google Suite), Business Applications (SFDC, Asana, ERP systems)
- Good to have experience in ITIL process knowledge.
Bonus Points
- ITIL v4
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
- Experience within the finance software industry
