Field Marketing Manager - Southern Europe
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional/Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across Southern Europe with a focus on Spain and Portugal. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring alignment with global strategies while delivering impactful regional initiatives tailored to local markets.
You will act as the bridge between our centralized marketing team and the unique needs of Southern Europe, driving customer engagement, supporting product adoption, and enhancing brand presence. Events and field activations will play a significant role in your strategy, creating memorable touchpoints to connect with clients and partners on a deeper level.
What you'll do
Regional Marketing Strategy:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and brand vision.
· Identify market opportunities and trends to tailor strategies for Southern Europe, ensuring relevance and impact.
· Collaborate with product teams to support launches and campaigns with region-specific messaging and activations.
Event Planning and Execution:
· Design, plan, and manage events—such as partner seminars, trade shows, client workshops, and networking gatherings—to strengthen relationships, generate leads, and build brand awareness.
· Work closely with sales and partner teams to develop event themes, agendas, and content that resonate with the target audience.
· Manage event logistics, from venue selection and vendor coordination to on-site execution and follow-up.
· Leverage events as a key touchpoint to support co-marketing initiatives and reinforce partnerships with real estate agents, developers, and legal professionals.
Field Marketing Execution:
· Implement field marketing campaigns that complement events, including targeted regional activations, roadshows, and localized promotions.
· Partner with local sales teams to deliver marketing support, tools, and materials that enable them to achieve their goals.
· Ensure all field activities are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
Partner Collaboration:
· Work closely with key partners in the region, such as real estate agents, developers, and legal professionals, to co-create and deliver marketing initiatives that drive mutual success.
· Support partner onboarding and engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with regional marketing goals.
Performance Measurement:
· Track and report on the effectiveness of regional and field marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI for marketing activities in the region.
Collaboration with Centralized Teams:
· Act as a liaison between the centralized marketing team and the regional market, ensuring seamless integration of global campaigns with local needs.
· Provide feedback and insights from the region to inform and enhance global marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
· Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
Qualifications and Experience
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: 5+ years in regional or field marketing roles, ideally within the property, finance, or technology sectors.
· Proven success in planning and executing events that drive engagement and results, while aligning with global strategies.
· Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.
· Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with partners, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
What you'll need

· Strong project and event management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English is required; additional languages such as Portoguese, Italian or French are a strong plus.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
· A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to measure and optimize marketing activities.
