About the Role

As a Domain Architect, you'll design and communicate technical solutions, drive domain-driven design and event-driven architecture and assess the impact of architectural choices. You'll collaborate with leadership to align technology with business goals, mentor teams, and innovate by adopting emerging technologies.

What You'll Do

• Designing, presenting and communicating technical solution architectures, including associated artifacts, that address specific business need or opportunity.
• work with lead engineers in the design of the systems and components, their end-to-end interaction with considerations of stability, reliability, scalability and security of the platforms.
• Drive the technology space towards domain driven design and event driven architecture.
• Assessing business and technology impact of potential data, application and technology architectures, product choices, patterns and/or configurations
• Identifying and reviewing information and technology opportunities and/or emerging products that can be used to improve our Business Services and Products
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical direction with business goals.
• Drive innovation by researching and adopting new technologies and methodologies.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to architects and engineering teams.
• Oversee the architecture and design of all software solutions across the organization.

What You’ll Need

• Experience of 8-15+ years.
• Proven experience of Domain architecture or software system roles within an engineering or wider software capacity at other midsized to large organizations
• Strong knowledge for Data Platform Technologies and Application Frameworks including MSSQL, Kafka, Spring
• Experience of Cloud Architecture and Design and emerging Cloud Hosting Architectures as well as associated data and AWS Products preferably)

• Proven track record of leading large-scale architectural projects.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and system integration.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
